No participation in the European U23 Swimming Championships

After deliberation, the technical staff has advised the sports cell of swimming and the governing body not to participate in this year's new LEN event EC U23 swimming. Both the sports cell and the governing body endorsed this decision for this year and this decision was officially published in the report (24/01/23) of both bodies today.
